Connecting Lens Initiative is a Rights Non Profit, Non Religious and Non-Partisan Organization that intervenes in the areas of Women Human Rights, Governance, The Creative Sector and other areas of social development. It is made up of Filmmakers, Photographers and other professionals committed to the cause of Human Rights, Good Governance and Social development. Connecting Lens was founded in December 2009. We are registered according to the laws of Benue State and Nigeria. We are in the process of incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission

Connecting Lens Initiative exists to contribute towards the evolution of a just and equitable country for Women , Youths, and other vulnerable groups through the use of creative arts and other effective strategies.

Our vision is a Nigeria where Citizens especially Women, Children, Youths, and other vulnerable groups are free to live their lives in protection and safety every time, everywhere.
